Can Trona is a cultural and nature centre located in Joanetes, in the heart of the Vall d’en Bas, acting as a meeting point between heritage, nature and local life. It is a modern and dynamic space aimed at highlighting the rural landscape and its memory, while bringing culture and knowledge of the territory closer to both residents and visitors.

The centre hosts a permanent interpretive space —the ecomuseum— where visitors can explore the main features of the area, such as its geological formation, biodiversity and history, through interactive and audiovisual resources. It also offers temporary exhibition rooms, an auditorium and various multipurpose spaces that allow for cultural, educational and event programming throughout the year.
