Located in the Sant Roc neighborhood, right above the fountains and the Carrilet greenway, it has an old hermitage and a children’s and health park in front. It has a capacity of 5 places and its distribution is as follows:

– On the ground floor there is a garage for one vehicle, a ping-pong table, a sofa and a garden with table and chairs.

– On the first floor there is the kitchen, a bathroom, the dining room, three bedrooms and a balcony. All the bedrooms, the kitchen, the bathroom and the dining room are exterior. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. The bathroom has a shower.

Room 1 is equipped with a 1.50 cm double bed, has a built-in wardrobe, dressing table, mirror and tables with lamps.

Room 2 is single with a 90 cm bed, wardrobe and table with lamp.

Room 3 is equipped with a 1.50 cm double bed, chest of drawers with mirror and side tables with lamps. The dining room has a large table, chairs, sofa, side table and television.

All rooms are equipped with bedding with summer or winter duvets and pillows for rest.

The house has oil heating and wi-fi.
