Closed for holidays: last week of July, first two weeks of August, and first week of January

Santa Pau beans with crumbled butifarra (personal vision)
Cod – Cod fritter and its juice
Lamb shoulder, sheep’s milk, thyme (Cooked 11 h at 70 º)
Pear sponge cake with cereals, yogurt, pistachios
