Laia, owner of Mas Pineda, organizes a workshop where you will learn how to make your own ratafia following Grandma Palmira’s traditional recipe.
The activity begins with a walk around the farmhouse to collect the herbs and flowers that will be used to prepare the liqueur. Laia will guide you through the entire process and, at the end of the workshop, you will take your homemade ratafia home with you.
You will stay at Mas Pineda, a 13th-century farmhouse in the heart of Alta Garrotxa, surrounded by meadows and forests. Here, you will enjoy traditional homemade cuisine prepared with local ingredients.
Includes: one-night accommodation with half board, herb-gathering workshop, and ratafia-making experience with your own bottle to take home.
