This circular route starts in Olot and climbs gently up to the hamlet of Batet de la Serra along a well-preserved old trail lined by dry-stone walls running through a mosaic of copses, meadows and fields. It returns to Olot via the shady woods of Bac de Les Tries and past the crater of the volcano Bisaroques, whose summit is topped off by an old defence tower.
