We have translated this in our own way, reflecting it in our own selection: “the 28 places of interest in La Garrotxa.”
This selection of sites captures the essence of nature and history, like an echo of the “12 Labours of Hercules,” where each place represents a feat within the cultural and natural richness of the county. The journey is full of discoveries and, like the “9 Muses” of Greek mythology, guardians of the arts and sciences, they offer inspiration and knowledge at every step.
Travelling through these 27 places of interest is like unfolding a map of “The 1001 Nights,” where each story and each landscape intertwines the threads of legend and reality. A journey through time and awareness, an epic adventure like “The Three Musketeers.” Each site, with its own voice and character, invites visitors to become part of a living story, writing their own chapter in the open book of La Garrotxa.
