The festival that detects movement.
The Sismògraf 2026 programme will transform Olot into a large living stage from April 23 to 26, with proposals that spread dance and performing arts throughout the city. The festival will combine performances, installations, walks, activations, participatory actions and spaces for reflection, featuring names such as Mal Pelo, Àngels Margarit, Manuel Roque, Job Ramos, Maria Camila Sanjinés, Nick Steur and Voetvolk, among many others. The programme will take place across a wide range of venues, including the Teatre Principal d’Olot, Sala El Torín, Espai Cràter, Claustre del Carme, Plaça Major, Parc Nou, Els Tossols, Parc de Pedra Tosca, as well as various squares and streets in the city centre, reinforcing the festival’s commitment to opening up to the city and its landscape.
The programme offers a diverse and immersive experience, with activities ranging from large-scale stage pieces to routes, rituals, installations and outdoor proposals, culminating in emblematic events such as Parc Nou en Moviment on Sunday, April 26. This broad and contemporary approach consolidates Sismògraf as a festival that connects creation, territory and audiences, inviting people to experience dance through multiple languages, spaces and ways of participation.
