Can Trona Culture and Nature Center is a newly built facility, alive and where the culture and nature of the municipality are concentrated and where it works to promote the historical memory of the cultural landscape of the entire region.

The Can Trona Culture and Nature Center consists of a permanent “Ecomuseu” room where there is an interpretation space of our territory: geological formation, history and fauna and flora. The explanation of the different contents is enjoyable thanks to the visualization of different audiovisuals, touch screens, information panels, etc.

In addition, visitors will find two free temporary exhibition rooms on different themes.

This building consists of an auditorium with a capacity for 130 people and all the necessary state-of-the-art equipment. Possibility of renting. Check prices and availability with the Vall d’en Bas Town Council (972 69 02 25).

Hours:

General: Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 10 am to 2 pm. Saturday afternoon: from 4 pm to 6 pm.

Summer (June 24 to September 11, 2022): Wednesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday afternoon: from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Also open during the week with prior reservation for groups.

In the Can Trona Culture and Nature Center is the new Vall d’en Bas Tourism Office.
