Located in an idyllic setting, right next to the Olot – Girona Greenway, the Rectoria de Sant Miquel de Pineda is a rural house that offers hospitality and comfort in the wooded hills of La Garrotxa.

The Rectory of Sant Miquel de Pineda is located between the Romanesque chapel that gives it its name, and the Via Verda del Carrilet Olot – Girona, in a carefully restored 12th century rectory. The house has 7 rooms, one of which can be adapted as a family room, and offers dinner and breakfast. There are two living rooms, one with a television and the other with a large fireplace, as well as two spacious halls. Wireless internet service is available throughout the house and Catalan, Spanish, English and Italian are spoken.

The privileged location of the house makes it a strategic enclave for bicycle routes along the Via Verda del Carrilet Olot – Girona, but also for hiking and the many activities that can be done in La Garrotxa.

We also have several years of experience in teaching English as a foreign language and can offer language learning stays. While you are with us, you can enjoy the views of the Vall d’Hostoles from the chapel, stroll through the garden or simply relax in the tranquility of the Rectory. Whether you come by car, by bike or on foot, we want to introduce you to this beautiful corner of Catalonia.
