For travellers arriving at El Prat Airport in Barcelona, there is a direct bus line to Girona.

For those who prefer the freedom of private transport, the region is accessible by road from several directions, including Barcelona, Lleida and France. La Garrotxa also offers parking options for motorhomes and electric vehicles, as well as charging points for the latter.
