From 1 March to 15 December, motorised access to the Sadernes track, leading to the Vall del Riu and La Muntada, is once again regulated in order to protect the Alta Garrotxa natural environment and manage visitor flows
The restriction is applied continuously, 24 hours a day and every day of the week, and prohibits motor vehicle access except for authorised users such as local residents, emergency or rescue services.
Visitors wishing to access the Sant Aniol valley must park at the Sadernes car park —the only one available during this period— and continue on foot or by bicycle.
During peak periods, a prior reservation will be required to use the car park and secure a parking space. These measures aim to prevent overcrowding, improve mobility and ensure the preservation of this sensitive natural area while allowing for a well-managed and sustainable visit.
