Solidarity sports event

The solidarity march Oxfam Intermón Trailwalker celebrates its fifteenth edition this year, firmly established as one of the country’s leading team-based sporting and charity challenges. The event will take place on 18 and 19 April along the Girona Greenway and aims to raise funds to ensure access to safe drinking water for communities affected by the climate crisis. This commemorative edition will feature Paralympic athlete Elena Congost as ambassador.

Once again, the race will start from the Olot fairgrounds, the departure point for the 100, 55 and 25 km routes, while the 10 km distance will run between Santa Cristina d’Aro and Sant Feliu de Guíxols. Since its first edition, the Trailwalker has brought together more than 35,000 participants and raised over €8.5 million, helping improve access to safe drinking water for millions of people around the world.
