The activity also offers the opportunity to observe Duroc pigs grazing in the forests, raised in a natural and respectful environment—an essential factor that defines the quality and flavor of the cured meats. This observation helps to understand the origin of the product and the importance of animal welfare in artisanal production.
The experience includes a guided tasting of cured meats, followed by a more relaxed moment with bread with tomato and wine, ideal for sharing impressions and discussing the experience with our master artisan.
